The Louisiana State Council of Chapters

This charter shall remain in force as long as the above named organization adheres to and upholds the declared principles and aims of the Retired Officers Association as set forth in the bylaws of the association, and abides by the letter and spirit of provisions of those bylaws pertaining to relations between the association and its affiliates.
